Chair Dance Express is part of the Body Expressive Method, an international system and Instructor Training Centre where movement becomes a language connecting emotion, expression, and energy. Different dance formats (Partyrobics Fitness, Chair Dance Express, Heels Expressive) and intensities are integrated into one structured approach, allowing each individual to experience both technical development and personal expression.
How You Can Get Certified?
The method certification is accessible through multiple formats:

- In-person sessions – immersive experiences at certified centers
- 1:1 coaching – personalized guidance, online or in person by certified CHDE Internation Educators

HOW DOES IT WORK
If you are based in Croatia, you have access to a unique opportunity to complete your Chair Dance Express education in a way that fits you best.
You can choose between:
• Full In-Person Training (5 hours)
Complete your education in an intensive 5-hour format led by an official Chair Dance Express Educator.
This option offers direct guidance, hands-on experience, and deeper immersion into the method. You will recieve supportive educational video material and follow up mentoring sessions with your Educator.
• Hybrid Training (Online + In-Person Support)
Start with the Online Course at your own pace, and complement your learning with in-person guidance and support from our educator in Croatia.
RESULTS
You will be able to launch and run a deeply transforming Chair Dance session.
You will obtain skills to tailored to any type of audience: From a gym group class environment to a pole studio, from exotic vibes fans to fun activities for children.
You will explore and develop your own, unique style and improve your body expression.
CHOREOGRAPHING SKILLS
- Our Master Instructors team ensures that you taste different dance styles, but that you develop your own in the end.
- Learn everything about the specifics of building choreography on chairs and how to keep it interesting.
- Learn what types of chair dance and styles of choreographies can be created – their purpose, mechanics and execution.
ORGANIZING YOUR BUSINESS
LAUNCH A CLASS AT A POLE STUDIO OR SPORT FACILITY, OR RENT A ROOM ON YOUR OWN.
- We help you to define your goals based on your background and aspirations.
- Learn how to organize your classes and communicate, so your offer is heard by the people you will love to work with.
- Learn how to create and lead classes both in-person and online.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
The Chair Dance Express format and the course has been created by Kate (Katarzyna Morton) and her Team of instructors, musicians, psychologists and professional educators. Kate has been a dance teacher, methodologist of various movement formats, owner of Local and Online Body Expressive Leuven studio. She has also been a high-profile human rights leader with a background in political science, scoring over a decade work records for women rights, equality and quality media in the International public sphere.
